About the project¶
We are developing a 3D simulator of an electrical engineering laboratory. The application will be available online in the browser from any device (Computers, laptops, mobile phones).
The application reproduces interactions with devices in real life as accurately as possible and simulates physical processes in real time. The simulator is a sandbox: the user is not limited in his imagination and curiosity and can conduct the same experiments and make the same mistakes as in life.
List of reproducible laboratory works¶
- Determination of Voltage and Current in an Electrical Circuit
- Experimental Verification of Ohm’s Law
- Measurement and Calculation of Resistor Resistances in Series Connection
- Measurement and Calculation of Resistor Resistances in Parallel Connection
- Investigation of the Volt-Ampere Characteristics of a Diode
- Determination of Voltage and Current in an Electrical Circuit
- Investigation of Capacitor Properties
- Study of RC and RL Circuits
-
As in life¶
The mathematical model calculates physical processes with high accuracy in real time. The Experimenters application does not imitate the result of physical experiments, but reproduces the whole process.
-
Space for your experiments¶
You can connect devices with wires as you like, creating any possible circuits. Check your hypotheses and calculations.
-
Universal¶
Use any school textbook or manual on electrodynamics as an instruction to assemble the circuit!
Realistic instruments¶
Interact with the devices as in real life.
No restrictions: conduct any experiments and experiments.
The application reproduces interactions with devices in real life as accurately as possible and simulates physical processes in real time.
You can do more with the Experimenters!¶
-
Student¶
Improve your practice skills
- Understand complex topics on visual experiments
- Work in the laboratory without time limit
- Prepare for laboratory work in advance
-
Teacher¶
Lab for Any Class Size
- Quickly demonstrate various experiences during the lesson
- Conduct laboratory work for any number of students in the class
- Give a unique task to each student
Lab equipment¶
-
AC Power Supply¶
A device that creates alternating current voltage with a specific amplitude and frequency. Can generate different waveforms, such as sinusoidal, square, triangular, and others.
-
DC Power Supply¶
A device that provides stable direct current voltage for powering circuits and various components.
-
Ammeter¶
A tool for measuring the strength of an electric current in a circuit. Displays the current value on a digital display.
-
Voltmeter¶
An electrical measuring instrument used to measure voltage in a circuit. Displays the voltage value on a digital display.
-
Diode¶
A semiconductor component that allows current to flow in only one direction, commonly used to convert alternating current to direct current.
-
LED¶
A semiconductor component that allows current to flow in only one direction, commonly used to convert alternating current to direct current.
-
Inductance Coil¶
A component that possesses inductance properties and creates a magnetic field in response to changes in electric current.
-
Capacitor¶
An electronic component that can store and release electrical energy. Typically used for filtering and smoothing signals.
-
Incandescent Lamp¶
An electric light source that generates light by heating a metallic filament to a high temperature. Incandescent lamps are usually less efficient compared to other types of lighting devices.
-
Resistor¶
A passive two-terminal component used to create resistance in an electrical circuit.
-
Switch¶
A device or component that can connect or disconnect electrical circuits, providing control over the flow of electrical current.
